Kitty's String of Pearls No 11
Kitty's String of Pearls No 11
This handmade pearl necklace is made from sterling silver, lilac oblong freshwater pearls and garnet rhondelle gemstone beads.
Inspired by Masako Katsura (often called Kitty), the world’s first female billiards champion, this series of necklaces while similar in form are all unique pieces.
With varying toggles, and a central pendant each pearl combination and pendant is stylistically similar but each piece is unique. Each pearl is hand strung and knotted onto silk allowing the least wear and tear on the pearls and allowing them to sit elegantly when worn.
Kitty’s String of Pearls No 11 has a round pendant with hand engraved detail shooting from the center, on which sits three pearl cups.
50cm length, 18mm x 13mm pendent, pearls approximately 6 x 9 mm, garnet beads 4 x 3mm
